Please sign post the rooms clearer. The surgery is great at ensuring we are not late with continual notifications but is poor at notifying patients in advance that the doctor is running late.

V. difficult to get appnt on phone. Sometimes have to dial on 3 phones for 20 mins before getting through. More phones? More staff? Also blood tests- wait time is not good. Needs improvement. Another phlebotomist? I saw Dr Andy Jordan today and would like to thank him for his patient understanding & help. VV informative & just a lovely proper doctor. I felt better immediately after consult. The time he took was much appreciated.

Impossible to get a GP appointment on the day and unable to book one for immediate future. Nurse appt. seems to be very difficult, used to be good! Doctors do not follow through with check up treatments. Once I have got past surgerys system, the hospital treatment has been excellent. I did suggest a constructive suggestion on appointments was to scrap present system and to start again! It was better 70 years ago.

The Trainee GP was simply excellent - listening, sharing and caring. Did not treat me like an object with a defect to repair. It has been very hard to get appointments - the only way to get one is to email the GP and request to be fitted in.

Without doubt this surgery is the most caring place I have ever had the joy to be treated at. Having just moved to the area and being pregnant, I cannot sing their praises enough. The comparables that I come from are not even close to meeting the high and exceptional standards of this practice. Appointments in double quick time, experienced, caring and time giving doctors, nurses and midwives. I have never felt so cared for, listened to and valued.
